Road traffic accidents usually leave you with some form of injury. Injuries range from mild whiplash to broken bones, to far more serious complications. If you have been involved in an accident that was caused by somebody else, and the incident happened within the last three years you are legally entitled to claim for financial compensation.

If you, as the driver were in a collision with another vehicle, and the driver of the other vehicle was at fault.

As a passenger, even if the vehicle
in which you were travelling was to blame or not. Note:
In the case where you were a passenger and the driver
of the vehicle you were in was to blame, all compensation
claims go through the respective insurance companies.
